This is the defendants' appeal from a judgment entered in favor of the plaintiff on a jury verdict. The plaintiff, James Vincent, acting as administrator of his son Kerry Vincent's estate, filed a complaint in the Providence County Superior Court against the defendants, Joseph and Patricia Musone d/b/a National Liquor.
