Larry J. Jones stands convicted of first degree burglary and escape. He has appealed from an order dismissing an application for post-conviction relief on both crimes. The issues before us are (a) whether the state breached a plea agreement with Jones and (b) whether Jones received ineffective assistance of counsel. We affirm.
