The Real Estate Recovery Fund (Fund) was created in 1979 pursuant to Act 73 of 1979 (now Ark.Code Ann. § 17-35-401 et seq.) The Act authorizes payment to victims of illegal or unethical acts by real estate brokers and agents (licensees) not to exceed $10,000.00 for any one violation, or $50,000.00 for the acts of any one licensee.
