Anthony Paul Wilson was convicted of theft over $300 at a court trial in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County (Murphy, Joseph F., Jr.). He was sentenced to two years' imprisonment, with all but six months' suspended, and was fined $500. The judgment was affirmed by the Court of Special Appeals in an unreported opinion.
