The defendant, Paul Lawrence, a/k/a Paul A. Yim, was charged by bill of information with two counts of unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:62.3. He pled not guilty and, after trial by jury, was found guilty as charged as to Count 2.
