CHANDLER, Justice:

Appellant Louis Joe Truesdale, Jr., (Truesdale) was resentenced to death for the murder of Rebecca Ann Eudy. Upon consolidation of his appeal with the review mandated by S.C. Code Ann. § 16-3-25 (1985), we affirm.
