This is an appeal by Matthew Keranko, a minor, by his father, from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Washington County which sustained a preliminary objection of Washington Youth Baseball Inc. (WYB) that the Kerankos did not have standing to bring their action and, hence, dismissed their complaint.1
