Larry L. Skeen, as Committee for Audrey Landfried Sayre, appeals from an order of the Circuit Court of Jackson County which granted summary judgment to Imogene Williams, the executrix of the estate of Mrs. Sayre's husband and the trustee of his will, and declared that the will renunciation which appellant had filed on behalf of his incompetent ward was invalid.
