In this consolidated appeal, defendant Citizens Insurance Company, the assignee of the Assigned Claims Facility, appeals as of right the orders of the Wayne Circuit Court which granted summary disposition to codefendants American Commercial Liability Insurance Company and Allstate Insurance Company and which also required Citizens to pay benefits to claimant James Hunt (Docket No. 108948).
