Defendant Kendall Keith Bliss was convicted by a Pine County jury for the first degree premeditated murder of John Lake on August 1, 1986. Defendant argues the evidence is not sufficient to sustain his conviction. He also claims he is entitled to postconviction relief because of newly discovered evidence, and raises the pro se issues of ineffective assistance of counsel and violation of the confrontation...
