The appellant is a mother whose parental rights to her two children, born March 20, 1981, and May 11, 1982, were terminated by an order of the separate juvenile court of Lancaster County, Nebraska, on September 6, 1988. She contends that the trial court erred in finding that the evidence was clear and convincing that she had substantially and continuously or repeatedly neglected the children and refused to give the children necessary parental care...
