On March 27, 1987, defendant Steve Daniels was convicted of the offense of burglary (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1985, ch. 38, par. 19-1) and was sentenced to four years in the custody of the Illinois Department of Corrections. Defendant appeals from his sentence, alleging that the circuit court erred in denying him probation.
