Robert Hamilton was charged by indictment with three counts of drug racketeering, in violation of LSA-R.S. 15:1353 A, B and D. He pled not guilty. Defendant filed several pre-trial motions, including a motion to suppress evidence seized pursuant to three search warrants. The motion to suppress was denied.
