We are asked to decide whether this court has appellate jurisdiction under La. R.S. 30:2024 to hear this appeal, brought by Marine Shale Processors, Inc. (MSP), challenging the denial of its request for a variance by the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ).
