TAMILIA, Judge:

Appellant Ronald Morrison brings this appeal from judgment of sentence entered July 26, 1989. Pursuant to a plea agreement, appellant pled guilty to driving under the influence1 (DUI), and was sentenced to a term of nine months to two years in a state correctional institution, fined $300 and ordered to complete an alcohol safety program.2
