PER CURIAM.
Defendant Department of Licensing and Regulation, administrator of the Homeowner Construction Lien Recovery Fund, appeals as of right an order of the Kalamazoo Circuit Court granting summary disposition to defendant Wickes Companies, Inc., and ordering the fund to pay Wickes $5,285.23, plus interest and costs. We affirm.
