PER CURIAM.

Plaintiffs appeal as of right from an order of the Macomb Circuit Court granting summary disposition to defendant pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(8) on the ground that the "fireman's rule" precludes plaintiffs' cause of action. We reverse.

The facts are not in dispute and are succinctly stated in the trial court's opinion:
