Plaintiff, incarcerated now at F.C.I. Danbury, has filed this civil rights action based on alleged abuses of his constitutional rights by a corrections officer, J. McCarthy, while plaintiff was being held at F.C.I. Loretto, PA. Because plaintiff appears to be indigent, we grant his motion to proceed in forma pauperis and direct the Clerk to file the complaint...
