This appeal is from a judgment of sentence for driving under the influence of alcohol,1 and homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence of alcohol.2 Appellant argues that (1) the trial court erred in refusing to suppress results of a blood alcohol test; (2) trial counsel was ineffective for failing to object to: (a) the admission of the results of that test and separate blood typing...
