PER CURIAM.

Defendants James E. Schmitt and Joan Schmitt, doing business as Schmitt Fuel Service, appeal as of right from a circuit court judgment awarding $134,075.52 in damages and $92,117.23 in costs and attorney fees under MCR 2.403(O) to plaintiff Lansing-Lewis Services, Inc. We affirm in part and reverse in part.
