OPINION

CANNON, Justice.

Pursuant to a plea bargain, appellant pled guilty to the court to the offense of possession of a controlled substance. Tex. Health 481.116(b) (Vernon Supp.1991). The court assessed punishment at imprisonment for six years. We affirm.
