OPINION

DORSEY, Justice.

A jury found appellant guilty of aggravated sexual assault and assessed his punishment at life in prison and a fine of $10,000. The indictment alleged that appellant inserted his penis into a male child's anus and thereby caused serious bodily injury by infecting the child with the Human Immunodeficiency Virus ("HIV"). Appellant raises five points of error contending the evidence is insufficient to sustain an element of the offense...
