On May 7, 1987, plaintiff Cathy Arrowood Walker filed this suit against Sullair Corporation and Jon Lewis alleging (1) sexual discrimination in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; (2) intentional infliction of emotional distress; and (3) malicious prosecution. On June 5, 1989, all claims against Lewis were settled and the action was dismissed...
