Appellant John Mendleski filed suit under the Uniform Declaratory Judgment Act1 against appellees Sonja Silvertooth and Fritz Fischer. Appellant sought damages as well as declaratory and injunctive relief for breach of a commercial lease agreement. Appellees counterclaimed for damages. They alleged appellant breached the covenant of quiet enjoyment and interfered with their business. The jury found no lease...
