An uninsured motorist insurer seeks review of the grant of insureds' motion to enforce a settlement without requiring the insureds' group health insurer to be a copayee on the settlement check. The enforcement of the settlement pursuant to the terms of the settlement precludes the inclusion of any health insurance carriers on the settlement draft. See Robbie v.
