Plaintiffs allege that defendants infringed a copyright plaintiffs hold in a song entitled "Life Is a Rock (But the Radio Rolled Me)." The alleged infringing work is a song that appears in various renditions in commercials of defendant McDonald's Corporation ("McDonald's").
