The Parent Creditors' Committee of the LTV Corporation appeals from an order of the Bankruptcy Court (Burton R. Lifland, Chief Judge) denying the Parent Committee's motion under Bankruptcy Rule 2004 to conduct oral depositions under oath of representatives of the Debtors.
