Plaintiffs John and Jenney Cherpak commenced this personal injury lawsuit seeking recovery for injuries allegedly sustained when John Cherpak suffered an on the job injury. Named as defendants are Newell Manufacturing Corp. ("Newell"), Texas Shredder Parts ("TSP"), and Van Gorp Corporation ("Van Gorp"). Newell, the manufacturer of the machine that allegedly injured plaintiff, has commenced a third party action...
