Hannaford, Sr., presiding, to confirm title to real estate against the defendants, John Wesley Simmons, Margaret Rogers Simmons, Bobby Jean Blount and Phyllis P. Blount. The complaint alleged that the Simmons had constructed a fence upon a portion of the property involving "... a strip of land which is approximately 22 feet at its widest point" thereby...
