The natural father of the infant child N.W. appeals the "Order of Judicial Review" finding "by a preponderance of the evidence" that he was the perpetrator of the abuse inflicted on N.W., and transferring legal custody of N.W. from the paternal grandparents to the child's natural mother. Several points are raised by the father challenging this order, but due to our resolution of the issue raised in point II, we need not address the remaining points...
