David Hampton, Al Johnson Trucking, Inc., and Commerce and Industry Insurance Company appeal a judgment rendered in favor of Robert Prill (Prill), Douglas and Matthew Prill, and Janet Prill (Janet), who is a cross-appellant. Hampton alleges that Prill was negligent as a matter of law, that the trial court erred in certain evidentiary rulings and in the instructions and verdict, and that a new trial is required in the interest of justice.
