Dalia H. Lawler sued Dallas Statler-Hilton Joint Venture, Hilton Hotels Corporation, the Prudential Insurance Company of America, and Commerce Garage Joint Venture for negligence on the basis of premises liability. Dallas Statler-Hilton, Commerce Garage, Prudential, and HHC moved for summary judgment. The trial court granted their motion. Lawler appeals, urging six points of error. We overrule...
