Robert and Marlene Freeman, the appellees herein, purchased a new home from the appellants, Maple Point, Inc. and Toll Brothers, in July, 1984. The house was part of a housing development of single homes and the purchase price was $95,900.00. The house was situated on a lot approximately 80 feet X 130 feet.
