An employee of the Moline Nursing and Rehabilitation Center (MNRC) stole a ring valued at $2,500 from a resident at the facility. Plaintiff Wayne Starr, as executor of the estate of Clarence Starr, brought suit against MNRC to recover the amount of the ring.
