Ordered that the judgment is reversed, on the law, with costs, and it is declared that United Services Automobile Association is not bound to provide automobile liability insurance coverage to Kenneth Meier under the terms of the three policies of insurance issued to Alfred Meier for the causes of action arising out of the May 27, 1978 motor vehicle accident in which Kenneth Meier was involved.
