This is an appeal from a denial of post-conviction relief. The order of the trial court is affirmed.

William Wolfe was convicted of first degree murder and sentenced to a fixed term of life imprisonment. Mr. Wolfe's judgment of conviction and sentence were affirmed on direct appeal. State v. Wolfe, 107 Idaho 676, 691 P.2d 1291
