Defendants, Jeffery Ankrum, Jimmy Ankrum, and Gregory Polk, were jointly charged by bill of information with possession of cocaine, a violation of La.R.S. 40:967(C). After pleading not guilty, they filed a motion to suppress the cocaine, which was denied by the trial court after an evidentiary hearing.
