564 So.2d 253 (1990)

Jerry Ray TODD, Appellant, v. STATE of Florida, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Second District.

July 20, 1990.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

James Marion Moorman, Public Defender and Andrea Norgard, Asst. Public Defender, Bartow, for appellant.

Robert A. Butterworth, Atty. Gen., Tallahassee and Charles Corces, Jr., Asst. Atty. Gen., Tampa, for appellee.

PER CURIAM.

We affirm the judgment and sentence imposed in this case, with the following minor exception.
