DONIELSON, Judge.

A jury found Eli Jorden guilty of possession of cocaine with intent to deliver. At the sentencing hearing, the district court chose a sentence of incarceration rather than probation. The court also provided that the ordinary prison sentence for a class C felony, imprisonment for a term not to exceed ten years, would be enhanced threefold under Iowa Code section 204.411 because of Jorden's two prior drug convictions.
