Appellant, Dr. Jin "Jim" L. Wang, brings this appeal from the trial court's order granting the motion of appellee, Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company ("Goodyear"), for summary judgment in an action alleging a violation of Ohio's age discrimination in employment statute ("OADEA"), R.C. 4112.02. We affirm.
