The appellant, Thomas Lee Deere, upon conviction of two counts of burglary, was sentenced to consecutive terms of thirty years and ten years. In addition, he was sentenced to thirty years on another burglary count and thirty years for the sale of a controlled substance; both sentences were to run concurrently with the others.
