Plaintiffs-appellants, Heinz and LuWanda Boruschewitz (Boruschewitzes), appeal from the trial court's dismissal of their amended complaint. The Boruschewitzes, along with Rockford Mutual Insurance Company, filed a 10-count amended complaint naming as defendants Dr. Thomas Kirts (Kirts) and Ben Gordon Community Mental Health Center (The Center).
