The State sought forfeiture of a motorcycle seized pursuant to OCGA § 16-13-49, and appeals from an order releasing the vehicle to one of the co-owners.

The motorcycle was seized pursuant to a drug investigation while it was in the possession of Edward L. Jackson. It is undisputed that the vehicle was co-owned by Edward L. Jackson and Twana Jackson, who were both named as defendants and served with the State's condemnation action...
