WELLS, Judge.

In his first two assignments of error defendant argues that the trial court erred in finding sufficient evidence of breach of contract and in finding that there was sufficient evidence to support an award of damages. We note initially that defendant has not excepted to any of the trial court's findings of fact. It is settled law that findings of fact not excepted to are conclusive on appeal; therefore, the sufficiency of the evidence is not before us...
