STEFFEN, Justice:

The district court dismissed appellant Tor Petersen's complaint on the ground that it was time-barred by the statute of limitations. Petersen, seeking damages for injuries resulting from child sexual abuse (CSA), contends that the lower court erred in refusing to apply the "discovery rule" to toll the running of the statutory period.
