In this civil action, plaintiffs Jeffrey MacDowell and Gloria MacDowell allege that Manchester fire captain Roger Paradis offended the United States Constitution when he allegedly provoked a fight with Manchester fireman Jeffrey MacDowell.1 Plaintiff Jeffrey MacDowell seeks damages for injuries sustained from this alleged incident.
