On February 24, 1989, a Wayne Circuit Court judgment was entered finding defendant Citizens Insurance Company of America solely responsible for the payment of no-fault insurance benefits to Thomas Chadwick, III. Consequently, Citizens was ordered to reimburse plaintiff Michigan Mutual Insurance...
