PER CURIAM.

Appellant appeals the trial court's order granting the defendant's petition for writ of habeas corpus. We reverse.

On June 30, 1989, a deputy of the State of Michigan swore out a felony complaint before a district court judge of the State of Michigan. Based on the complaint, the judge made a finding of probable cause and issued a warrant for the arrest of the defendant. Based on said warrant, the defendant was arrested in Dade County, Florida....
