These two consolidated law suits arise from an automobile accident involving the plaintiffs' minor daughters which occurred after the girls purchased alcohol from the defendant, Danny Benson, d/b/a Chick's Drive-In. The trial court found that Benson's insurance policy with Aetna Life & Casualty Company excluded coverage for the defendant's alleged conduct and granted Aetna's motion for summary judgment.
