This case is currently before the court on appeal from a decision by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Virginia, Krumm J., dated March 30, 1989. The court below awarded the defendants attorney's fees pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(d) after the plaintiff moved to dismiss its complaint under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(B) for a determination of the dischargeability of certain debts....
